Guns and Banned Books

We showed up at the school with guns
And looked for books to ban
A girl held up this one banned book
So snatched it from her hand

Only in America


One children’s book not banned is My Parents Open Carry, which celebrates gun-toting parents. There were 51 school shootings in the US last year.
