I’m lying on the sofa

Staring at the wall

Trapped here by this lockdown

Having such a ball

Been staring days and many hours

At mark that’s on the wall

Been wondering what to do about it

Wondering at all

Lockdown’s been and gone now

Time spent with my friend mark

Gave me endless entertainment

Stopped me going stark
