They murdered one aged 12
Two girls in Germany have confessed to stabbing a 12-yr-old to death but police don’t know what to do with them. In Germany children under 14 are below the age of criminal responsibility. They are too young to be prosecuted and have been taken into care.

Age of criminal responsibility here is 10 at present but moves being made to raise it to 14 except in the case of serious crimes like murder……….
