Eying a couple
Across the cafe
She’s on her mobile
With nothing to say

Immersed in the mobile
Flick flicking away
Friend stares round the room
What more can I say?

Bored and all silent
Staring around
No face to face contact
No sharing of sound

Face to face contact
We’ve lost this today
Ruining relationships
What more can I say?
