Sales of the the punk record have been banned in South Australia.
Not because of offensive language or nudity but because it contravenes
gambling laws which require a permit.
Perc should have researched this first
He is very apologetic

We thanked them but Perc and I are not punk lovers.
We gave the first few seconds a thumbs down
then stopped. Just terrible we thought.
Other states seem not so particular about permits
