I agree. Could i say covers are rarely as good as the originals? Yes are a bit like Pink Floyd. Creative and unique. On the other hand perhaps one could ‘ignore’ the original and enjoy a cover for what it offers?

I’ve found covers that are done well (different arrangements) that I really liked.
