    It was a tad before my time but I’m aware of Skip’s TV work. I mean come on – that theme tune is ICONIC! 😉

    Looking forward to my next beer with Skip 👍
    He can have a Fosters if he must, but I’ll stick to the stronger stuff!

    1. He’ll be pleased his message reached you. I can’t judge his reaction when he learns his theme tune reached your far-off shore. If you say iconic one wonders if it went global? or viral as we would say today…..my mind boggles at the thought……

  2. Oh, I’m pretty sure it went global.

    One of Australia’s finest exports was Skip – along with Nick Cave, INXS and Men At Work! 😍

    Oh, and we can’t forget Prisoner Cell Block H. The original that is – not the more recent travesty.

    Some of my favourite childhood memories are of staying up late watching Prisoner on a tiny TV in my bedroom. Bloody loved that show even though I was way, way too young to be watching it 😁

    I can still picture – and feel – when Bea burned Lynn’s hand in the press!! 😬🖤

      Gosh, Cell Block H sounds heavy. I was still watching Playshool. No wonder you gotta fragile mind now.

      1. Yup, quite a fair few childhood (and adult) experiences have gone into the making of this fragile mind of mine!

    1. Skip was well tethered after my last embarrassment of him roaming the CBD after ladies of the night……No it was LC with whom I was communicating at a reasonable time here. When I discovered it was 3.15am in Glasgow I nearly fell over. Does this fellow never sleep? He admits he’s insomnomatic and bit messed up at moment. I hope he pulls through……
