Wouldn’t work on the roads of India. Drivers don’t care about pedestrians forget about a flag. Double YIKES!

Rome is where we got shot at while free camping at night. Seems he didn’t like it. Stuck a Skippy sticker over the bullet dent when we sold the Kombi. One shattered window. Skip was not impressed. …….

Yes. 1am nice country lane. Fast asleep. Crash. Shattered window. Bullet hole in van at back. Shit I say think we better get outa here. Always left keys in ignition. Mad Italian. No point going to police. Parked in floodlit Popolo Square with traffic, police cars going round. Shaken, but safe. I don’t recommend free camping in Italy………
