A Baffling Water Theft Case

He had 200 charges dropped
On water which he stole
From pipe supplying Adelaide
In which he drilled a hole

Trevor Meuller successfully argued as no-one
owns water it cannot be stolen.
Rather people own rights to use water.

The Water Board’s website states
nobody owns water in South Australia

It is being examined by the Water Minister
and Director of Public Prosecutions.
