Very sad. Coincidentally, I’m just reading a novel set in 1986, which talks about that tragic incident.

This is the first news report I remember seeing as a kid. I think the horror of it hit home because there was a teacher, Christa McAuliffe, on board, and we’d been learning about her at school.
