Kindergarten Graduation Ceremonies – Adorable or Absurd?

I had never heard such a thing as kindergarten graduation ceremonies existed until recently. Let’s look in on little Billy as he prepares for his graduation



I am a little kindy boy
Ready to move on
Graduation time is here
Gown and cap I’ll don


Worked hard I have and now can
Count to 1, 2, 3
And alphabet I also know
Starts with a, b, c !


(My teacher is pleased with my progress….)


She says the ceremony
Is solemn (what’s that mean?)
And I will get certificate
(Which I have yet not seen)


She says that in the next grade
My work’s cut out for me
To learn to count beyond 2, 3
And letters a, b, c

(It sounds very hard….)
