Poets record things that they see
Whether it’s good/bad doesn’t matter
Poets record history
Some say that poets are torches
To help change begin to unfurl
But I take the opposite perspective
That poets will not change the world
To me, it needs a mass people movement led by a strong leader forcing politicians to bend to the wishes of the people.
