Jazz band Tuba Skinny plays Jubilee Stomp on Royal Street in New Orleans. The live performance was recorded in 2018, 90 years after it was first recorded on vinyl by Duke Ellington and His Orchestra. Enjoy the music and the couple dancing down the street.
