Had to look this up. Well done! They appear in the list of essential words to learn for survival in Slovenia. Level 1 . …. think there are about 10 levels to go…so Ne razumem = I don’t understand, Ni je to = It’s not..Slovensko….I reckon it could be a long-forgotten village in the mountains there which time has forgot. Like the land of Nod where instead of Lavender Ladies they have nice friendly robots at the crossings and people dressed as flutterbys. All very idyllic. The language I picked up as an ancient forgotten dialect of your country…..Skip’s rolling his eyes……
