Isaac Lee Hayes Jr. (August 20, 1942 – August 10, 2008) was an American singer, actor, songwriter, and composer. He was one of the creative forces behind the Southern soul music label Stax Records, where he served both as an in-house songwriter and as a session musician and record producer.

Awesome how many musicians are needed for this tune.

I think Isaac Hayes and Barry White are the only soul composers who can conduct their own symphonic section,Teddy Pendergrass ,Lou Rawls or Marvin gaye were good but Barry and Isaac were more acomplished composer arranger,it was another leve of musical creativity
