I’m looking at my coffee
My coffee looks at me
And says what are you looking at?
To which I say, at thee
clap clap clap…..
Thankyou…

I thought for an unsettling moment, Don, you were going to use that line from ‘Taxi Driver’: ‘You talkin’ to me, huh? You talkin’ to me?’

you’re right, Don; my apologies 🙂

Skip was surprised…he accepts your apology…..I told my coffee and it frothed in shock…..I thought it was going to froth over…can you imagine the mess?……anyhow I said you were sorry and it settled down (to a normal froth – if you know what I mean)….

Gotta be careful it doesn’t mesmerize me……ending up with your nose embedded in the froth is not a pretty sight…..

I’m not quite with this Lisa. I gather the dots are cups of coffee and the sip. But what’s the Chapter 2?….

I just imagined that nice cup of coffee there and the next thing that would happen (i.e. chapter 2) would be you would take a sip of it. And if I was there and you didn’t, it would be me sipping it lol. Sorry didn’t mean to be cryptic.

Coffee is good to stare at, even in the most draining of days. 😀 Most important to consume it, though.

Ah Lucy, my coffee has got me out of many writers blocks. Must be something in the froth. Important also Lucy, to not stare too long.. Has a habit of going cold….

I think my coffee is a little bit easier on me… simply saying drink me, please, before I get cold.

I think I have the rogue variety….but then again it gives me write inspires….I just have to remember to drink it before it goes cold…so easy to get involved with the write and forget the coffee……
